Color: Evening Meadow

Descripton: Randomly carded colors that may color a painting of an evening meadow – periwinkle, deep green, a few shades of purple and a hint of spring green.
Fiber: Blend of several local/MD wool fleeces, VA alpaca, and our own mohair.
Carding: This roving was skirted, washed, and dyed at our studio. Then it was carded into roving at Gurdy Run Woolen Mill. It has a very fine, somewhat dense, very bouncy feel. This is a nice soft roving. So fun and fairy tale to spin!
