Elf Socks

$5.00

This is a knitting pattern to make an ornamental small sock.

Description:  A cute and practical pattern for your holiday celebrations.  This is a miniature sock pattern that can be knit several ways – as a solid, as a striped sock, or with accented toes/heals/cuffs.   With that many options, colors and individuality are limitless!  It’s the perfect size for:  an ornament, a gift card holder or even a special pet or baby stocking hung on the mantle.

About the designer:  Karen of Avalon Springs Farm is the designer – this is an “in house” pattern.  Karen identifies as a yarn maker and fiber artist, but couldn’t resist entering the world of a little pattern writing as it connects to the work she did as a public school art teacher.

Skill Level:  Great for Advanced beginners as it is mostly knit and purl, with some slips and knit togethers.  Challenges would be working on double points and working small.  For someone that has knit socks before it is a breeze.
