Merlin yarn – A traditional 2 ply yarn.  Fiber content: wool & mohair.  (Reg. 4 oz. skeins $32)

Morgain yarn – A novelty brushed yarn.  Fiber content:  mohair, wool, nylon.  (Reg. 4 oz. skeins $32)

Round Table yarn – A novelty boucle/looped yarn.  Fiber content:  mohair, wool, nylon.  (Reg. 4 oz. skeins $32)

Description:

A unique and special bundle of three wool & mohair based yarns, all worsted weight, dyed together.  Knit one strand a time, knit stranded, change on rows, create texture blocks, create different textures on different parts of a garment, the possibilities are endless.

The Celtic Knot:

An artistic Celtic Knot is a visual representation of line all woven together, in and through itself, creating a beautiful image when viewed as a whole.  We took this concept and applied it to hand dyed yarn.  We put together three yarn bases:

The Merlin yarn is one of our original yarn lines because of the vivid and lustrous mohair content, it dyes so beautiful.   It feels good, lasts forever, and reflects color wonderfully.

The Morgain yarn is our first novelty yarn we worked with.  Unique to mohair is the ability to be made in to many incredible novelty yarns, that other fibers can not do.  This yarn boasts of fine mohair fiber that wild and free spiritedly whip around a central core for a airy, wispy and fuzzy look.

The Round Table yarn is also a long standing novelty yarn we have carried.  Again a marvelous feature of mohair is its singular ability to be made into such fun novelty yarn.  The Round Table has tiny curly loops that trail along a central core thread.  It gives anything knit a instant lacy look.

The Celtic Knot is these three great yarns bundled together as one.
